Inspection tour in Myitkyina: Chief Minister provides food and cash at the hospitals

Kachin State Chief Ministerr U Khet Htein Nan and officials visited 300-bed Defence Services Hospital in Myitkyina on Monday and provided food and assistance cash to the patients. During the inspection, the State Chief Minister together with military senior officers, the State Ministers and officials asked about receiving medical treatments of Tatmadaw officers, other ranks and families, progress of their health condition and comforted them.

Then, the Chief Minister provided nutritious food and cash assistance to 144 patients and presented 1 million kyats for the hospital. Similarly, the Chief Minister together with the Chief Justice of the State Court, the State Ministers, departmental officials, members of the State Women’s Affairs Federation and the State Maternal Child Welfare Association comforted the patients who are receiving medical treatments at the 500-bed people’s hospital in Myitkyina and provided nutrituous food and cash assistance for the patients as well as presented cash for the hospital.

The Chief Minister and party then viewed around formation of health equipment in the mobile laboratory that can test COVID-19 with PCR techology and the screening programs for the patients.
