Myanmar / Russia: Union Minister receives Head of Int’l Planning Department

Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than on Thursday afternoon received Mr. Roman Siurin, Head of International Planning Department from the Russian SMM Company.

This meeting at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw focused on equipment used in loading/unloading at ports, transportation terminals, shipyards and industries, products of the SMM Company and cooperation by the Russian companies in 4 large-scale industries in the Ministry of Industry.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister for the Industry and many other Myanmar officials as well as representative of the Russian State Corporation “Rostec”.
