Myanmar Pharmaceuticals Factory: Over54.924 billion kyats of medicines produced last year

Myanmar Pharmaceuticals Factory (Insein) under the Ministry of Industry has produced more than 54.924 billion kyats of various medicines such as COVID-19 vaccines and antidote medicines from April to December last year and has accepting orders from the Ministry of Health since January this year.

According to an official of Factory, the Factory has produced the most and highest value of COVID-19 vaccines and also produced the regularly hand gels and medicine tablets. The factory also received orders from the other departments such as Ministry of Defense, the Supply and Medical Depot and Social Service Board. The factory is manufacturing the medical supplies and vaccines depending on the orders from departments.
