Charity Sales in Shanghai to Help Quake Victims in Syria

Shanghai companies that deal with imported products from Syria has launched a charity sale program to raise funds for quake victims. Syrian soap, which became popular during past editions of CIIE, has received a lot of orders online during the past few days.

Since the online charity sales started, the current number of orders has exceeded 20,000, and the inventory at hand is far from enough.The Syrian embassy in China also officially opened donation channel for relief supplies last Sunday, and began receiving donations from companies, organizations and individuals early on Monday morning.
