Pope arrives at episcopal conference in Kinshasa

Pope Francis arrived at the National Episcopal Conference of Congo in Kinshasa on Friday. Francis arrived being pushed in a wheelchair in front of the conference venue, stopping briefly to greet people waiting, who were singing on his arrival. The visit to the conference is taking place on his third day in Democratic Republic of Congo, as a part of his long-awaited trip to the country and South Sudan.
