Legal knowledge dissemination: Legal knowledge dissemination training completed

The ceremony of completing legal knowledge dissemination training course (2) for the senior officials was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on January 12.

At the opening ceremony, the Union Minister and Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo said the training course is opened according to the guidance of the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister to carry out the legal knowledge dissemination and to award the Certificate of Legal Advocacy (CLA) to the senior officers from the relevant departments and organizations after studying the legal courses.

The training course was attended a total of 35 director generals and deputy director generals from each ministries.

The Ministry of Legal Affairs is carrying out the legal knowledge dissemination works in various forms including opening legal knowledge dissemination training, publishing books on legal knowledge, reading regal research papers, establishing MLIS system etc.

During the training, the information of the departments of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, state constitution, Civil Service Personnel Law, drafting law, scrutinizing commercial contracts, practically applied international law and ASEAN laws, applied criminal and special laws, civil

The status of training and data will be reported to the office of state administration council and records will also be stored at the Ministry of Legal Affairs.

Also present at the training completion ceremony were the Union Ministers, members of state constitutional tribunal, members of union civil service board, training instructors, officials and the trainees of directors general, deputy permanent secretaries, deputy directs general, pro-rectors, it’s learnt.
