Flooding, Road Closures Reported in Santa Barbara

Overnight rains caused some street flooding in downtown Santa Barbara overnight.

An atmospheric river is moving further south, but light to moderate rain showers will follow through most of the day. People living in flood prone areas of Montecito went to their closet sandbag station to make bags while it was raining to help protect their property. Non-profit Direct Relief worked with residents that came to this Manning Park location to fill up bags.
