Solar energy power plant: Solar Energy Electric Power Plant opened in Myittha

In honoring and hailing the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the Taung Taw Kwin 20 Megawatts Solar Energy Electric Power Plant constructed by the Ministry of Electric Power near Tay Soe Village in Myittha Township, Mandalay Region was commissioned into service in the morning on December 29 with the ceremony attended by the SAC members Jeng Phang NawTaung, U Sai Lone Sai, Union Ministers, Mandalay Region Chief Minister and region ministers, responsible officials from Green Power Energy Co., Ltd.First, the SAC member Jeng Phang NawTaung gave a speech of honor in commemorating the ceremony of commissioning into service of Taung Taw Kwin 20 Megawatts Solar Energy Electric Power Plant, Union Minister for Electric Power U Thaung Han clarified the benefits of the constructing Solar Energy Electric Power Plant and the interests to be gained from the construction of Power Plant.

Next, the SAC members, Union Ministers and region chief minister watched the documentary video recorded the construction of solar energy power plant and a responsible person from Green Power Energy Co., Ltd expressed words of thanks.

Next, the Union Minister U Hla Moe, Union Minister U Thaung Han, Union Minister U Myo Myint Oo, Union Minister Dr. Cherlie Than, Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Maung Ko and a responsible person from Green Power Energy Co., Ltd opened the Taung Taw Kwin 20 Megawatts Solar Energy Electric Power Plant by cutting the ceremonial ribbon and the SAC members Jeng Phang NawTaung and U Sai Lone Sai unveiled the inscription by pressing the auto button.

Then, the SAC members, Union Ministers, region chief minister and officials viewed the distribution of electric power from the Solar Energy Electric Power Plant by linking into the national grid.
