MSMEs products show: Shan State CM opened MSMEs products show & trade fairs

In honouring and hailing the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the opening ceremony of Shan State MSMEs products show and trade fairs was held at the Aweiyar hot balloon ground in Taunggyi Township in the morning on December 28 with the attendance of Shan State Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun.

In his opening remark, the Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun pointed out that the Taunggyi (Ayethaya) Industrial Zone, Tachileik Industrial Ward and Muse Industrial Ward have been established with the aims at facilitating for the implementation of heavy industries by the MSMEs in the state. And further special industrial zone and industrial wards will be extended. The region government will facilitate to acquire the low interest loans needed for the sustainable development of regional MSMEs, production technologies and market expansion and the participation of MSME entrepreneurs in local and international trade fairs.

Next, the MSMEs products show and trade fairs was opened by the Shan State Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun, state chief justice, state ministers,  Chairman of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone Administration Council U Khun Ye Htwe, chairman of Shan State (South) Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Township elder by cutting the ceremonial ribbon and posed for documentary.

Then, the chief minister and officials viewed round the local products displayed by the entrepreneurs.

At the MSMEs products show and trade fairs, the products produced in Shan State such as consumer goods, foods, household items are being displayed and sold with 75 exhibition shops from 28th December, 2022 to 3rd January, 2023, it’s reported.
