Macron meets Qatar emir before France-Morocco game

French President Emmanuel Macron met with Qatari Emir on Wednesday just before France's victory over Morocco in the World Cup semifinal. Macron had skipped a summit of European Union and Southeast Asian leaders in Brussels to attend the match, which France won 2-0. He is due to return to Qatar for Sunday's showpiece final against Argentina.
