Putin attends Eurasian Economic Council in Bishkek

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday attended a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Bishkek. He was joined by the leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia, who are also members of the council. The council aims to promote free trade, coordinate member states' financial systems and regulate their industrial and agricultural policies.
