MSMEs Development: Bago Region organizes talk show and trade fair

The Bago Region MSME Agency organized a talk show for the MSMEs development in the Region at the town hall in Bago.

There, Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win stressed the aim which is to provide assistance to MSMEs entrepreneurs after knowing their strong and weak points.

The number of MSMEs, which are the main driving force for the country's economic development, is 99% of the total number of businesses.

MSMEs development will bring socioeconomic development of the citizens. The Chief Minister called for efforts to become competitive enterprises, using the regional resources.

And, he viewed the MSME-related products and machines on display, and the talk show began with question and answer section between the MSME entrepreneurs and officials from the Bago Region MSME Agency.

The Chief Minister also ceremonially opened the MSMEs trade fair and sale festival in the compound of Shwemawdaw Pagoda in which 152 MSME-related booths participated.
