COVID-19 Update: 125 new COVID-19 cases reported on November 4

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 125 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Friday after testing 9,888 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 118 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 632,139 with 19,484 deaths and 606,302 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, France, Germany, Brazil, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan and Russian Federation, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 4:36 pm CET, 4th November 2022, there have been over 628 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.57 million deaths.
