King Charles III met UK PM

British Prime Minister Liz Truss was greeted by King Charles III on Wednesday evening at Buckingham Palace as part of the king's weekly audience with the Prime Minister.

The visit came as Truss fell under more pressure from her Conservative Party to abandon the tax-cutting economic package that sparked market instability in the UK.
