Deputy director, Department of social welfare, Lay Lay Myint said "As the first step, we conduct an awareness programme and as a second step, we give vocational training. In the awareness programme, we give awareness over the violent cases and child care and financial management by collaboration with the relevant departments- health, agriculture, rural and cooperatives departments in accord with their respective fields. We conducted a survey assessment before giving vocational training that is what they want to and what they need and what is useful for them. Depending on the released assessment, we draw the plans that will be useful for them. As the third step, we conduct a linkage where they can do work and who can support them. If they want to loan, we connect with the loan’s association. By that method, we draw the plan."
