Myancopharm vaccines: 4.9 MIL doses produced from March to July 2022

Myanmar Pharmaceuticals Factory (Insein) has produced 4.9 million doses Myancopharm COVID-19 vaccines from March to July of this year and currently, the factory is producing vaccines depending on the orders from the four major departments including the Department of Health.

The factory manager of Myanmar Pharmaceuticals Factory (Insein) said that 4.9 million doses of Myancopharm COVID-19 vaccines have already been produced. The factory also produces regularly hand gels, spirit, Civic, Paracetamol and Azithromycin medications.

The surplus from the four departments such as Tatmadaw, the Department of Health, the Supply and Medical Depot and the Social Service Board, the medical supplies are sold to the 6 medical agents in proportionate as well as the sale shops of BPI and the pharmacies in regions and states. The factory is manufacturing the medical supplies and vaccines depending on the orders from the 4 departments.
