Ukrainian and Turkish first ladies meet in Istanbul

Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska was received in Istanbul by the Turkish First Lady Emine Erdogan on Sunday. Video released by the Turkish Presidency shows the pair walking around in one of the presidential estates and Emine Erdogan expressing a wish to meet again with Zelenska in "happier days".

First Lady Erdogan announced the visit from her social media accounts saying, she was happy to host with Olena Zelenska, wife of the President of Ukraine, in Istanbul and she believe that they will band together the wounds of the Ukrainian people, especially the women and children who are victims of war.
