Solar power plant project: To supply and meet the public needs of electricity

As Myanmar is a country rich in solar energy, the construction of solar energy power plants is being implemented and at Myittha Township in Mandalay Region, 20 MW Taung Taw Kwin solar power plant project is already underway.

As more electricity can be generated due to the installation of tracking system in solar projects, these projects will be implemented using solar tracking system technology. To supply sufficient electricity as the public needs, the project will be finished within the specified time.

The Ministry of Electricity is trying to generate electricity from a variety of energy sources in order to supply sufficient distribution of electricity and to be able to fulfill the needs of the public, the power generation plant project will be completed within the specified time.
