Cleaning and greening: Kachin CM encouraged weekly collective cleaning sevice

For being a clean and pleasant city of Myitkyina of Kachin State, the collective cleaning service participated by the departments and families of military station is conducted on every Saturday. At 7:30 a.m. on September 24, the collective cleaning service was provided for the basic education high school in PanMaTee Ward of Myitkyina Township.

The state chief minister U Khet Htein Nan and wife, Chief Justice of the state high court,  state ministers and their wives, departmental officials supported and provided foods and purified drinking water bottles for the departmental organizations, families of battalions and units from the military stations who cut the bushes, collected garbage and cleaning drains, inside and outside of basic education high school compound.

From there, the chief minister and party arrived at the work site laying concrete on Nan Paung By-Pass passing through Maw Faung Village-tract to ShaDaung village implemented by the state road administration department.

The chief minister inspected the preparation works for laying concrete such as ground leveling, laying and rolling sand stone, constructing solidified road shoulders and box culvert clarified by the state head officer of road administration department, gave necessary instructions and coordinated requirements.

Later, the chief minister also inspected the land plots where the sports and physical fitness academy, livestock research and model farm will be constructed and land plot designations for the departmental offices clarified by the chairman of district administration council. Afterward, the chief minister gave necessary instructions and coordinated requirements, it’s reported.
