U.S. President Joe Biden on Sunday paid tribute to Britain's Queen Elizabeth II as he signed the book of condolences. He called the late monarch “decent” and “honorable”, adding his heart went out to the royal family.

Biden went on to say the queen always treated people with dignity. The president is one of hundreds of world leaders in town to pay their respects to the queen, who died September 8 at 96 after 70 years on the throne.
