Covid-19 Update: 384 New Cases With 1 Death Reported On September 14

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 384 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 12,120 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of the report, 1 patient has died due to the disease while 89 patients have recovered from the disease. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar have reached 617,739 with 19,444 deaths and 594,552 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospitals.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, France, Germany, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan and the Russian Federation, according to the World Health Organization. Globally, as of 5:49pm CEST, 14 September 2022, there have been over 607 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 6.49 million deaths.
