Truss, Sunak in final hustings of UK leadership race

The contenders to be the U.K.'s next Prime Minister were questioned by Conservative Party members in London Wednesday night, in the last campaigns event before the results of the leadership contest are announced next week.
Former Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and Former Chancellor Rishi Sunak both set out their agendas for their possible premierships.Energy cost rises were on the top of the agenda for the event, with many audience questions focusing on the cost of living crisis and rising energy bills ahead of the winter.Party members have been voting throughout the leadership race, and the results of the contest will be announced next Monday.
