Vice President Harris in Florida for NASA launch

Thousands of people jammed into the Florida coast ahead of Monday morning's planned launch of NASA'S new moon rocket. US Vice President Kamala Harris flew to Orlando in Florida on Sunday but did not immediately make the hour long drive to Cape Canaveral for the planned liftoff.

Harris said however she was looking forward to the blast off of NASA’s new moon rocket on a crucial test flight. The Vice President's office said in a statement that they will view the Artemis I launch at the Kennedy Space Center. The 98-metre Space Launch System rocket is the most powerful ever built by NASA.
