Re-Clarification of The Guidelines: MoCRD Re-clarified The Guidelines of SAC Chairman

The re-clarification of the guidelines of the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister by the Ministry of Cooperative and Rural Development was held at the ministry and the Union Minister U Hla Moe, Deputy Minister U Myint Soe, permanent secretary, directors-general, deputy directors-general and staff members attended.

At the event, the Union Minister U Hla Moe said that among the guidelines and instructions given by the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing at the work coordination meeting regarding with the undertakings by the Union Government within 6 months period, the guidelines and instructions concerned with the ministry are to be re-clarified to understand and comply to them.

The prime minister said by acknowledging the cooperative processes are implementing for the development of commodity production based on the agriculture and livestock breeding, the green project appears to have success and to continue the formation of cooperative societies in regions and states by organizing the persons who are actually keen to implement the cooperative plans so as to improve the socio-economic life of the rural people.

The ministry is carrying out the production works based on the agriculture and livestock breeding, apart from the breeding the local cattle, raising diary cows, processing milk to the condense milk with cooperative system will be implemented. For the lifting of the socio-economic life of the rural pupulation, the rural development works, accessibility of water and electricity, constructio of road and bridges, development of education and health sectors and the systematic production processes are to be implemented with cooperative system.

For the farmers who cultivate paddy and green gram under the contract farming system, availability of seeds, inputs and capital to be implemented with cooperative system. The departments of ministry are to collaborate for more achievement of the ongoing implementations of green village project and green village projects in the regions, states, self-administered division and self-administered zones to be implemented soon etc.
