Disaster Management Drill: School In Buthidaung Tsp Conducts Awareness For Students

Organized by Buthidaung Township Fire Services Department, the Township Disaster Management Department and Fire Brigade members, the disaster management drill and raising awareness for the students was conducted at the Buthidaung Township Basic Education Middle School (Branch) on Tuesday.

Officials explained about the assistance of Fire Brigade members if the natural disaster happens, issuing announcements, don’ts and do’s and the facts to be followed. Concerning First-Aid and the risk of flood, the way on wearing life jacket, prompt emergence response and the method of tying rope for emergency rescue operations were demonstrated. The students practically participated in wearing of life-jacket and the First-aid.
