Special Appeal Tribunal: Special Criminal And Civil Appeal Cases Passed & Heard

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Union Chief Justice U Htun Htun Oo and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Aung Zaw Thein, U Tin Hon, U Thaung Naing, U Thein Ko Ko convened Monday morning at the room No 1 of the Supreme Court of the Union passed the interim judgments on two special civil appeal cases and passed judgments on one special criminal appeal case and four special civil appeal cases.

In addition, a total of one special criminal appeal case and four special civil appeal cases were heard keeping in line with the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines.
