Labour Affairs: Ministry of Labour Launches In-Service Training For Officers

Ministry of Labour launched the 1st in-service training for its officers in the year of 2022 on Monday in line with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
Union Minister U Myint Kyaing attended this training opening ceremony at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw and stressed that civil servants need to be free from party politics while performing their duties in accordance with the civil service law. Government employees at all levels need to be vigilant in order to improve public relations, and they need to provide good leadership so that their subordinates can cooperate in order to achieve business success.
There’s a need to implement employment opportunities in different parts of the country. If there will be more employment opportunities in the country, there will be fewer people going abroad to work, and there will be fewer labor losses for the country.
The Union Minister also urged the trainees to continue trying and learning to become high performance employees. This 1st in-service training for officers in the year of 2022 attended by 77 officers is set to take place till the 19th of August.
