US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi meets Japanese PM

US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and delegation met with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Friday.
Pelosi flew to Japan on Thursday evening in the final leg of her Asian tour that included earlier stops in Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea. Besides Kishida, Pelosi is scheduled to meet with House of Representatives Speaker Hiroyuki Hosoda. She had planned to visit Japan in April but the trip was postponed after she contracted COVID-19.
