Putin attends Navy Day parade in St Petersburg

Russian President Vladimir Putin attended a naval parade in Saint Petersburg as Russia celebrated its Navy Day on Sunday. Dozens of sailors were congratulated by the president, standing on the decks of their ships. Before the start of the parade Putin also signed decrees on Russia's new Maritime Doctrine and the Russian Navy's Regulations.
