Colombia celebrates pride with diversity, optimism

Thousands of people participated in the annual Pride parade in the Colombian capital, Bogota, on Sunday.

Some participants wore elaborate costumes adorned with feathers, hats and wings as they marched through the city's streets.

The rainbow flag of the LGBT community was a frequent sight among the crowds. Sunday's parade was the first allowed to go ahead since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
