COVID-19 Vaccine Arrival: Over 2 Million Doses Of CoronaVac Vaccine Received

Myanmar on Wednesday evening received 2,242,800 doses of CoronaVac (Sinovac) COVID-19 vaccine donated by the Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization-GAVI (COVAX Facility).

The vaccines were systematically received by Myanmar officials at Yangon International Airport. It is reported that the vaccines will be kept under a specified temperature and will be used in the vaccination programme implemented by the Ministry of Health.
