The United Nations says more than 10 million people have been forced from their homes in Ukraine, a dramatic increase as fighting intensified over the weekend. U.N. spokesperson Stephan Dujarric said the displacements amount to "nearly a quarter" of Ukraine's population.

Dularric also told reporters that the World Healh Organization says it has verified 52 attacks on health care facilities in 25 days and that it welcomed news of a successful humanitarian convoy arriving in Sumy on Friday.

Regarding tensions in the Security Council, Dujarric stressed that "greater dialogue" has always been the secretary-general's mantra when dealing with competing viewpoints.
