California ships medical supplies to Ukraine

California is contributing beds, wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs and personal protective gear for refugees camps.

Governor Gavin Newsom on Tuesday helped pack the emergency medical supplies.The supplies are being shipped to Ukraine by Direct Relief, a California-based humanitarian aid organization.Earlier this month, Newsom met with Ukraine's consul general in San Francisco to discuss ways California could support Ukraine.
