Ukraine demands ceasefire and withdrawal of troops

Ukrainian presidential adviser said Ukraine demands a ceasefire and withdrawal of troops during talks with Russia.

Zelenskyy's advisor and key member of Ukraine's delegation at talks with Russia said on Twitter Sunday that Russian negotiators seem to be more receptive to Ukrainian demands and are no longer just giving out ultimatums.

Moscow has demanded that Ukraine drop its bid to join NATO, adopt a neutral status and acknowledge Russian sovereignty over Crimea, among other things. Talks aimed at reaching a cease-fire again failed Saturday.
