SAC Law 3/2022: Multi-Modal Transport Law (Second Amendment)

The State Administration Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued SAC Law No. 3/2022 on Multi-Modal Transport Law (Second Amendment) on 14th February. The State Administration Council hereby enacted this law under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The word “Directorate of Marine Administration” mentioned in Sub-section(r) of Section 2, Sub-section (a) of Section 7 and Sub-section (c) of Section 59 of the Multi-Modal Transport Law shall be substituted with the word “Transport Planning Department”. It was signed by Chairman of the State Administration Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
