Family of Philly fire victims holds vigil

The family for 12 victims of a house fire in Philadelphia this week held a candlelight vigil Thursday night. The daughter of her relative, Vanessa McDonald, was killed in the fire along with 11 others; including McDonald's grandchildren as well as two people survived the fire.

On Thursday, investigators said they are looking into the possibility that a 5-year-old child started the fire in a Christmas tree while playing with a lighter. Prior to that, the deadliest fire in an apartment building was in 1982 in Tennessee. Sixteen people died in that blaze, NEPA data showed.
