Industrial Development: Sugar Mill and Industrial Training School Inspected

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than on December 31st, inspected the operation of Zeyawady Sugar Mill in Phyu Township of Bago Region.

The Union Minister instructed for full capacity operation of the mill, stock piling of spare parts for machines and raw materials, food safety measures, and boosting production. He also stressed to distribute quality sugar species for achieving more incomes for the farmers.

The Union Minister later inspected the production of the mill and sugar plantations. The Union Minister later proceeded to No.3 Industrial Training School (Thagara) and met with the teachers and trainees. He urged to nurture skilled industrial workers and to strive for achieving international recognition.
