Preparation Measures: Universities to be reopened on January 6

The Universities across Myanmar will be reopened on 6th January 2022, and preparations are being undertaking for better learning environ for the students.

On Thursday, Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe met with concerned officials and rectors from the respective universities. He stressed for vaccinating COVID-19 vaccines to the university students, providing reference books for the university libraries and teaching aids, internet access in the university compound, extended teaching of law and economic subjects, and appointment of tutors and demonstrators.

Deputy Minister Dr Zaw Myint and officials discussed the preparation measures for reopening of the universities.
