Covid-19 Update: 619 New Covid-19 Cases At 8 P.M. On Dec. 29

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 619 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Tuesday after testing a total of 18,098 lab specimens within 24 hours, 19 new deaths and 928 patients discharged from the hospitals on 29th December.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 123,153 with 2,637 deaths and 105,279 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on 29th December. The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 18.97 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, Russian Federation, France, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Colombia according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 6:41 pm CET on 29th December 2020, there have been over 80.15 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 1.77 million deaths, reported to WHO.
