To mark the 100th anniversary of Myanmar film industry, which will fall on 13th October, an online film festival will be organized from 8th to 31st October.
The festival will be jointly organized by the Ministry of Information and Myanmar Motion Picture Organization as the films cannot be screened at the cinemas due to control measures against COVID-19.
It will include Myanmar movies of successive eras, and the audiences from local and abroad will be able to enjoy their favourite movies.
Over 2,500 Myanmar films and videos can be enjoyed in Mahar Mobile Application by using promo code 102020 from 8th to 31st October, over 50 Myanmar films, more than 50 TV channels and movie albums in Cookie Application by using promocode MMFILM 100 from 13th to 31st October and 30 Myanmar films and movie series in Pyone Play Application free of charge.
