COVID-19 UPDATE: MINISTRY REPORTS 535 NEW COVID-19 CASES AT 8:00 A.M. ON 24th SEPTEMBER

Ministry of Health and Sports at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday reported 535 new COVID-19 cases after testing 3770 lab specimens as the second batch. COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have now reached 7827 with 133 deaths till 8:00 Am on 24th September.

2085 recovered patients have been discharged from the hospitals and put under quarantine. The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America, India, Brazil, Russian Federation, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Argentina and Spain according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 4:47 pm CEST, 23rd September 2020, there have been over 31.42 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 967,164 deaths, reported to WHO.
