18 returnees from China through Myanmar-China border gate in Chin Shwe Haw, Laukkai Township of Kokang Self-Administrative Zone, the Northern Shan State have been transported to Lashio on Monday evening.
The 18 returnees are from Yangon, Sagaing, Bago, Magway and Ayeyawady Regions and Chin State.
Chin Shwe Haw Township COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment Work Committee is repatriating the returnees to the respective regions and States and from 30th April to date, a total of 15,274 returnees including 8,457 males and 6,817 females have been repatriated to the respective regions and states.
