A 3.4-magnitude earthquake hit about 10 miles northeast of Yenangyaung Township on Wednesday, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.
The slight earthquake in Magway Region with a depth of 44 kilometers occurred at about 12:42 p.m. Myanmar Standard Time.
