Return From Thailand: 268 Myanmar Nationals Return Through Border

Myanmar nationals continue to return from Thailand. From 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the 25th of August, a total of 268 persons returned through the No.2 Thai-Myanmar Friendship Bridge in Myawaddy of Kayin State, Information and Public Relations Department reported.

Officials checked their health condition and fulfilled requirements. The returnees are 170 men and 98 women from different regions and states. All the returnees are put under the 21-day quarantine for COVID-19 prevention and control.
