School Fire: Fire Engulfs School Building, Furniture

Fire broke out at the sub Basic Education High School in LaWah Village of Mabein Township at about 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

The fire at the school in Moemait District of northern Shan State engulfed a two-storey school building and furniture. Fire Services Department and the public put out the fire and it was extinguished at 2:40 a.m. No deaths or injuries were reported in the fire.
