Returnees From China: 16 Myanmar Nationals Returned From China On 2ndand 3rd August

Myanmar nationals are returning from China through the Myanmar-China border gates in Chinshwehaw Town, Laukkai Township of Kokang Self-Administered Zone daily.

13 Myanmar nationals at 6 pm on 2nd August and 3 at 3 pm on 3rd August, totaling 16 returnees including 9 men and 7 women returned through those border gates. Among the returnees, 1 from Myittha  Township of Mandalay Region, 1 from Taungtwingyi Township of Magwe Region, 1 from Kani Township of Sagaing Region, 3 from Kyaythi Township, 2 from Mairal Township, 1 from Naungcho Township, 1 from Theinni  Township, 1 from Laukkai Township, 4 from Kunlon Township and 1 from Panlon Township of Shan State included.

The COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment working committee of Chinshwehaw Town transported them to their homes in various regions and states. From 30 April to 22nd July, totaling 14034 returnees from China including 7776 men and 6258 women have been helped to return their home by the committee, it’s learnt according to the report of Information and Public Relation Department of Chin Shwe Haw Township.
