Pension & Cash Aid: 60,000 Kyats Each Provided To Senior Citizens

Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement has been providing social pension and cash aid to the elderly.

In Kyaukse Township of Mandalay Region on Wednesday, 30,000 Kyats for 3 months as social pension and another 30,000 Kyats as assistance in the COVID-19 period were provided to each of senior citizens aged 85 and above.

In Kyaukse Township, there are 985 senior citizens, according to the Information and Public Relations Department.
