Drug Seizures: Thousands Of Stimulant Tablets Seized

Thousands of stimulant tablets were seized, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs. 13,650 stimulant tablets were seized in Lashio Township area – a man was arrested along with the seizure.

13,000 stimulant tablets were seized in Kalaw Township area – a man was arrested in this drug case. 5,850 stimulant tablets were seized in Pyin Oo Lwin Township area – 2 men were arrested for possession of the drug.

Also, 108 grams of heroin were seized in ShweKu Township area – a woman was arrested along with the seizure. Actions were taken under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
