Flight Operation Resumes: Yangon Int’l Airport Flight Operation Resumes At 6 A.M. On Friday

Flight Operation at Yangon International Airport has resumed at 6 a.m. on Friday, according to the Myanmar Aviation Development Association.

Flight Operations were halted at the Airport after a military transport aircraft skidded off the runway on Thursday morning. The Y-8 aircraft with six crew members on board skidded about 2,300 feet from the departure end of the runway due to an engine failure. No one was injured in the incident.
