Zelenskyy welcomes UK's top diplomat to Kyiv

The UK's top diplomat has arrived in Kyiv for an unannounced visit, less than a week after the country's prime minister travelled to the Ukrainian capital.

Britain's Foreign Secretary, James Cleverly, on Friday morning met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the country's foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba. During his visit, Cleverly promised a further £3 million in funds to help with the rebuilding of infrastructure. Cleverly also said the UK will send 24 ambulances to Ukraine, as well as 11 emergency vehicles.
